ReBEL

Welcome to the Rehabilitation, Balance, & Exercise Lab

Welcome to the ReBEL Research Lab

Our mission is to conduct cutting-edge research in the field of neurological rehabilitation.

Our research focuses on four key areas: walking and balance, improving cognitive function, optimizing rehabilitation outcomes, and improving access to rehabilitation. ReBEL is home to state-of-the-art research equipment, including an omnidirectional treadmill, virtual reality equipment (Vive headset, controllers, and trackers), a gaming PC, and non-invasive brain imaging.

We are grateful to be supported by grants from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, the Physiotherapy Foundation of Canada, and the Dalhousie Faculty of Health.
