Thomas Ashton, BSc Microbiology/Immunology

Thomas Ashton is a recent graduate from Dalhousie University with a BSc in Microbiology&Immunology. During his undergrad, he spent a summer in neurorehabilitation research with McGill University where he worked on projects using omnidirectional treadmills and virtual reality to improve rehabilitation outcomes for individuals with neurological and vestibular disorders. He is currently helping with Omni-VR sessions for the PROVE-VR project. Outside of school he is very passionate about both coaching and competing in badminton and enjoys volunteering with NS Health.
