Abbey Derow First Year MScRR Student 

Abbey is originally from Regina, Saskatchewan, where she completed her BSc in Psychology, with honours, at the University of Regina. She is now enrolled in the MSc in Rehabilitation Research, where her thesis will determine the feasibility of the YOGA-FIT study through a qualitative analysis. Her interest in accessible rehabilitation stems from her previous experience volunteering with ENRICH, a workout program for individuals with multiple neurocognitive challenges. When she’s not on campus, you can find her reading, listening to music, hiking outdoors, or in a yoga class.
